Roblox Support – How to Get in Contact with Roblox

Roblox is a popular online game for creating and interacting in the open world. If you are a parent with questions about your child’s play or want help with player errors, you may need to contact Roblox directly. It’s known there are 7 days, 24 hours in a week. You can call any number at any time.

However, problems or queues may occur when trying to make a call. There are three ways to access Roblox. You can call 888-858-2569 and leave a voice message to answer the call, fill out an online support form for a common question, or send an email to serve a customer with a specific question.

Roblox Customer Support

1. To call Roblox Customer Support, call 888-858-2569. Roblox Customer Support Line is at your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It uses an automated menu system and must leave a voice message with your account information before you can make a call.

Note:

The customer support number is toll-free.

Tip:

If you have a very specific question, the Roblox customer service numbers are useful, but you won’t be able to talk to anyone directly until you call directly, and this may take some time.

2. If you’re under 18 years old and need help please press 1, and Roblox Customer Support will not contact you by phone, but will tell you where to find help online with instructions on how to Support page.

Note:

If you’re under 18, enlist an adult to help you call. That way they can talk to someone for you!

3. If you are a parent or player over 18 years old, please press 2 buttons. Follow the automatic menu instructions according to your problem, question or concern. Before you are asked to leave your voicemail, you can access your Roblox account, billing information, or application information from the automation menu.

4. After you press 2 buttons, then press the 0 button to publish the message and answer the call. If you leave a detailed message with your question or concern, Roblox will call you again for asking your name, account, and invoice information will be requested before you explain what you need.

Roblox E-Mail

1. Send your question to info@roblox.com, Roblox may recognize a specific customer support form online, but has a specific email address for general questions. But the answer may take a little longer.

Tip:

If you want to appeal a ban or warning, you should email appeals@roblox.com instead.

2. Write a detailed description of where you need help. Enter your name, account information and relevant payment information in the message. Explain as much detail and as possible what you need for help.

3. Wait for a response or additional clarity. It may take some time to wait for feedback as Roblox does not provide live support. Be patient and be prepared to answer any additional information you may have for assistance.

Roblox Support Form Online

1. To use the full form, go to the Roblox Support page. This website has a complete form where you can contact Roblox for help with a specific problem. This is the main way to respond to the complaints and concerns of Roblox customers.

Tip:

Support can only help with billing and account issues. For game development or game development information, visit the Roblox Developer Center.

2. Enter your contact information such as your Roblox name, email address, and username. If you are under 13 years old, you must use a parental email address, then double-enter your email address to verify.

Note:

You don’t need to enter your last name in the name section. Your first name is fine.

3. Select the platform that you are using it and also the question section. The game is a bit different depending on the platform you are playing, so you should choose to play it on a console, PC or tablet, and select all of the question section.

Tip:

If you want to report someone for cheating, select “exploit report” as your category.

4. Describe your problems or concerns at the bottom of the page. Must be as detailed as possible. Enter details about how the problem occurred or error message. If you have any problems, be sure to check out the game log from the game session.

Note:

Roblox customer support will respond to you via email. Check the inbox of the email address that you provided in a few hours for a reply.
